As full service catering and event planning specialists, we are able to cater for any and all occasions. At Carolina Cuisine, our attention to detail concerning the needs of our clients has elevated us to one of SC's premier caterers. We specialize in elegant cocktail receptions and elaborate holiday and dinner parties. We offer a variety of menus for corporate luncheons or meetings, wedding receptions and rehearsal dinners, and private parties. We are also available for oyster roasts and cookouts and are famous for our "RB's Bodacious Barbecue."
At Carolina Cuisine, we still like to do business "the old fashioned way." Bill and Rachel want to visit with you about your vision and ideas concerning your event. Once we understand your vision, it becomes our vision. We have the resources to coordinate every aspect of your event. This includes venue selections, beverage services, staffing, rental needs, music and entertainment, floral, photography, ice sculptures, limousines and valet services. Relax and enjoy your event, while we take care of the details. We host events at the Rockbridge Club, Wildewood Country Club, and are on the preferred caterers list at many fine venues in Columbia.
